Dreamwild Pty Ltd and/or Run180 are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (as amended) (“Privacy Act”), including the Australian Privacy Principles. The Run180 Privacy Policy is on our website: https://run180.com.au/.

Dreamwild Pty Ltd and/or Run180 may collect personal information in order to conduct its business, to provide and market its services and to meet its legal obligations.

When you use Run180’s website or services, or by providing any personal information to Run180, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set out in the Run180 Privacy Policy.

Run 180 may collect and hold personal information about clients, business associates and potential clients and their employees; suppliers and their employees; and prospective employees and contractors.

Run 180 may collect may also collect and hold your name, address, contact telephone number and other contact details such as your email address; payment information (such as credit card or bank details) and details of your use of our products or services.

You do not have to provide personal information to Run180 but if you don’t provide Run180 may not be able to supply the product or service that you have requested from Run180

If you give us personal information about a third party, you must ensure that the third party is aware of the Run180 Privacy Policy, understands it and agrees to accept it.

Some information that Run180 may need to collect from you is classed as “sensitive information” under the Privacy Act which includes information about your racial or ethnic origin, religious belief and health. Run180 stores personal information in computer storage facilities and paper-based files. Run180 takes steps to protect your personal information against loss, unauthorised access, use modification or disclosure. Some examples of the steps Run180 takes to protect your personal information include:

  • ensuring there are suitable password protection measures and access privileges in place to monitor and control access to our IT systems;
  • imposing restrictions on physical access to paper files;
  • taking reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify personal information after we no longer need it for our business or to comply with the law;
  • using Google Firebase and use of their security measures.

Run 180 may make use of a number of automated processes using your Personal Information and your activity Run180’s site as tracked by Run180, in order to provide more tailored and relevant services to you.

Cookies

Run180’s website have pages that use ‘cookies’. A cookie is a unique identification number that allows the server to identify and interact more effectively with your computer. The cookie assists Run180 in identifying what users find interesting on Run180’s website.

A cookie will be allocated each time you use Run180’s website. The cookie does not identify you as an individual in Run180’s data collection process, but it does identify your Internet Service Provider.

Third Party Service Providers

Run180 may disclose your personal information to third party service providers who assist Run180 in providing the services and to promote, market or improve the services that Run180.

Run180 has contracts with third-party service providers that only allows use and disclosure of personal information to provide the service and that protects your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act.

Disclosure of personal information to overseas recipients

Run180 does not disclose personal information to any organisations located overseas however, Run180 discloses information in Australia, for the purposes described above, to some multinational organisations that are located both in Australia and overseas, including the United Kingdom, the United States and New Zealand.
